At Jasionbike EU, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unused electric bikes in their original packaging. Please ensure the odometer reads fewer than 10 kilometers to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the bike's current condition and odometer reading.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address for your return.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original box with all accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior before shipping via a tracked service.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the returned item for damages, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
